On her way to work, Mira saw the street woman scan through the garbage can, yet again. “Hi! Are you new here?”, Mira asked the woman munching on the excavated food. Her starved eyes responded with a weary smile when Mira gave her the lunch box, an umbrella and the little cash that she had on her. 1. Sometimes we need to actually witness the affects of something before we realize that we can make things better for others. When you hear about something..such as people starving…you know that’s terrible, but to actually witness it…has a greater affect on you. Wonderful story.
